Hey Meg, I am newb on the Twitter too but one thing I've learned is to follow lots of people who you're interested in. Most will end up following you and that's how you start to build your network. Right now I'm just tweeting for the non-profit I chair, but I've opened a personal Twitter acct and will soon tweet as my own real self. Yikes! (This is mostly for writing related purposes. Don't worry, I have no desire to update the world on my daily goings on every five minutes. How boring would that be? "Hey, I just conjugated a verb!"..."I deleted the verb"..."Nope, verb's back in.")
